I purchased Aquaguard Reviva on Jan-2011,the purifier started giving continous problems.After breaking down for 4times within 4months of purchase, now the latest complaint is not responded for almost 15days.No service or response even after complaining at various levels of the company.My online complaint no: a45e367f06cb. The product is in warranty and the pathetic response from company is a new low in service quality.
