I am a owner of Eureka water purifier for the past 6 years and the unit is being serviced regularly through AMC till date. My Service Contract number is 15643002 and valid upto 22 08 2011.

In the recent past the AMC Service agent is not attending our complaints properly. They have given only Land Line Numbers 0452-2587216 and 2587654 only. They are not giving any Cell Number. Whenever we contact them for service purposes they are not lifting the phone and we have to try atleast 10 times or continuously for 2 days.

Last week we made a complaint stating that the unit is not working (Water outlet not coming) after a great struggle. After 2 days one service person contacted us and told that the motor is not working and needs a replacement. He assuered to change the same with in a day or two.

Now even after one week nobody is turned and all our efforts to contact over phone becomes waste since they are not lifting the phone at all. As we do not have their address we are not able to contact them in person as well. As such I am geeting water from outside daily for our use. (Rs.30 Per Day)

I will be much obliged if you could arrange for early service of my unit.
