I HAVE PURCHASED AQUA GUARD REVIVA RO(11000/-) ON 28/07/2010, at the time of purchasing i have told that it will work for 6000 liter, ihave 3 members in my family, also said services in 3-4 months, they give first service at 6-7 months. and now aquaguard is givig hard water. the serviceman told today 16/06/2011 that due to non service a candel of 3600/- damaged and will be replaced. its not my fault due to non service it is failed, its under one year warenty also. they should change thereself.
