Hi There,
I have given a request for servicing my Aquaguard water purifier on Monday. My water purifier has almost stopped filtering water.
I have given multiple request to them, every time when I call them, they always say, yes this call is very Important, you are our Privileged Customer, we will solve your problem by End of Day/we have escalated this issue and will make sure our technician reaches your home by End of Day. This story I am hearing almost everyday, whenever I call them.
But my water purifier is not working since Monday. Problem of water purifier not working can be understood and these types of request should taken on high priority basis not on less priority basis.
My 2nd point is, their Customer Care is also not reachable when ever I tries to contact them, phone number says, not a existing number, please check it.
