I bought a Reliance net connect unit (cust. id.9388049630)for internet use. I live in a remote area in the high range hills on the western ghats in Kerala. I am an online examiner for the International Baccalaureate Organisation(IBO). The Reliance Net connect simply wasn't working for the past three months frustrating my work as examiner. I was told by the local sales person there was a problem with the Reliance tower in the area. The company has been totally indifferent after selling me the product, but continues to advertise that the unit connects the person to the internet from ANYWHERE in India!
