Complaint Details
For the last 1 week my Eureka Fobes Designa water purifier is not working. Got in touch with service provider Srinivasa Aqua Services and they kept on saying that they woulds end a technician but it never arrived. I went to their office today and they said that they would not provide any service for I had taken the service contract from the previous vendor who was doing the service in our agent before this new service center cam eup. Spoke to Manager Reddy and he was very rude and flatly denied service. Need your help
