I called 39883333 and booked a service request on 31 May (SR no. 9944355514) no response, I called again on June 14 (SR no. 84963686) and am calling daily from then only to be told that it will be attended in 24 hours but nothing has happened till now.

I raised a web request also on June 16 (407b3bfaf328) and nothing happened.

I have 2 years AMC also and paid Rs.2575 for that and got nothing in the last 1 yr of the 2 yr AMC. I don't know what to do now? Please help. Thanks, Sendil 9944355514
