MY MACHINE IS UNDER AMC CONTRACT TILL 26/10/2011 & I HAVE MADE COMPLAINT SO TECHNICIAN CAME W/O ID PROOF & THEY ARE ASKING RS. 250/- SERVICE CHARGE W/O SOLVING PROBLEM. WHEN I INFORED HIS SUPERVISOR HE REOLIED YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO PAY AMOUNT. WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SERVICE LIKE CARBON REPLACE AFTER 6 MONTH. WE HAVE INFORM SERVICE MANAGER OF GUJARAT MR. TAPAN SHAH BUT NO RESPONCE RECEIVED ABOUT THIS.
