SIR,

This to bring to your kind notice that I bought a Aquaguard Protect+ model water purifier worth 13000 from Eureka forbes. Its ben just 1 year since then and i am not getting even a single drop of water coming from the purifier. I dont have pure drinking water facility since the last 4 days and today being the 5th day, i dont have a single service person visiting me. I called Euro Helpline number 39883333 since the last 4 days. First I spoke to a executive named Alfred at 2:30 pm on 16th June. He commmitd that his service person will come the same day before 5pm but nobody turned up. The same day evenbing at 5:30 pm I spoke to his floor manager named Mr Ravindra and he committed that he will check the status and come back to me in 30 minutes but nobody called. They had also committed that they will send someone before 12noon next day which is 17th June. But nobody turned up. I called yesterday again at the customer service and sooke to one Ms Radhika and she said she will send someone today before 5pm yesterday but nobody turned up. Today I again I spoke to another customer care executive named Mr Charles and to my surprise I was told that service request number 84979084 nhas been rejected as per their system and i have to file a new complaint. I am running from pole to pole here to get a servie for a product which I have paid money for. The service and approach provided by the vendor is pathetic !!! I being a consumer feel dejected after such an approach and would like to request the authorites to take strict action against the said organization. I also demand a compensation of 300 rs per day which I have been spending since the last 4 days to buy water from outside. I hope the place where I have come to file my complaint doesnt turn out to be another Eureka forbes office. I would request a reply from your end at the earliest.
