Its really pathetic to mention that professional company like EFL can`t fulfill contractual obligation of solving complaint even after 6 days of lodging complaint with consumer service dept of EFL.Complaint lodged on 13th June no:84955048. Inspite of daily followup with from day one, falls promises after promises but no action taken till date. Without filtered drinking water for 6days? thanks!! really feeling sorry for purchasing your product and going thru all this . LET US KNOW HOW MANY DAYS, WEEK AND MONTHS WILL IT TAKE TO SOLVE A SMALL TEC FAULT?
