Subsequently this high end SENSA Machine got installed only in December. Right from January, we are facing issues with water purification. Water is either very salty or not working at all.

All the time some technical person was attending and making some adjustments but no one could solve our problem. Hoping some improvement we kept quiet for all these days. Recently we have realized that machine is not working again. Water level indicator light got melt and the machine which was meant to work with both UV & RO, it is now only in RO mode. UV operation is totally damaged and not functional.

Keeping all these problems in mind and non – cooperation from eureka forbes sales and service set-up we have reached to a final decision that the present machine may be replaced with a new sealed piece since it is very much under warranty. I will not negotiate any alternative except to claim the replacement and compensation for the inconvenience interms of disturbed health in our family in these 5 months. There is absolutely no response from eureka forbes even after repeated complaints to the customer care & higher authorities. While this is not only a hindrance to our daily routine, the frequent non-functioning has caused serious health issues & rising costs due to our need to procure drinking water from other sources like cans. We request the consumer complaints redressal council to kindly look into this issue and do the needful
