Complaint Details
I placed an order to install Video door phones and security devices in my home and paid a sum of 9000 on 12-Mar-2011.
Since then no one came to install the systems at my home.
I raised a ticket on April 6 and called the Divisional Head (chennai) about the issue but he shouted at me for not following up. Until now(19-Jun-2011) no has turned up to resolve or atleast report about the status of the order i placed.
