Telephonic complaint was made before the Kottayam dealer several times for the replacement of the faulty motor of Euroclean ACE. Failing to get the service, online complaint was registered on 06/06/11-No.380ba13ff3c6. Online complaints by the second step on 09/06/11 and the third on 15/06/11. This is the fourth step of complaint for getting faulty motor of Euroclean ACE replaced. Speedy action is requested.
