The water tastes very bad after the technician replaced the water filter after the 3rd year service(Service Contract Receipt No. 19223763 on 18/06/2011 in the name of my brother-in-law Mr. Sudhir, Kriya Studios,who gifted me the purifier. Perhaps, the service technician might have replaced with another used filter.
