we have water purifer" Aquaguard Nova" a eureka forbes product. We have entered into mainataince contract for 2 years,contract no is 17472822. on 5 th june via telephone we registered a service request no 0062503724.After repeated
reminders a service personnel came to check.However he said he is not trained to service water purifiers and left.After this the company stopped receiving call from end.Then again we registered via website.The service request number is a4a2c16accde.We went as per their escalation matrix and with response what so ever we here to compliant. At present we are drinking unsafe drinking water which is hazardous to our health.
