Ref my complaint to you on 16-4-2011.
I paid Rs. 2550.00 for 3-year maintenance contract from 25-5-2008 to 25-5-2011.During this period I got only three services, the last one at the fag end of the contract and that too when I complained to you.To add to my woes,the aquaguard stopped working within a month of the last maintenace.On my contacting the local franchisee shri Garg, I was told to enter into a fresh maintenance contract.On my insisting a technition was sent but with a rider that I will have to pay for any accessories needing replacement.Same technical hand came who had done the maintenace less than a month earlier.He changed Classic Block and PR Nut both costing Rs 325.00 which I paid. When I asked why these two items were not checked during his last visit,he had no answer. Also he took both the replaced items with him though I had asked him to leave them.He had even no courtesy to seek my consent before taking these two items with him.
The conduct of the Franchisee and his employee has been unethical and totally uncalled for.Required service and maintenance was not given inspite my repeated requests and even two visits to the companies local office in M P Nagar.The intentional deficiency of service is evident.
It is requested that Maintenance contract be extended for one and a half year without further payment as only three instead of six serices have been given and Rs 325.00 charged fraudulently be refunded.
