Message BodyI had purchased Eureka forbes product in 2006. After 1 year of free service i had purchased extended warrenty for 3 years. but i did not receive the required services. I had complained regarding the same and company had extended my AMC from sept 2008 to sept 2012 (letter dated 16/7/2009 cust no 1003992210). In this also i was suppose to receive services every six month but i received the same in Aug 2009 and march 2010. After which no one has visited my house.
I dont understand what is their service standard. I am facing the same things again and again. Is it their customer policy that one has to constantly fight with you to get services under AMC, then what is the meaning of AMC contract.
By this they have endanger my and my family's life.I am going to complain to consumer court and going to call media to expose such poor service standards.
I think the company should be stopped from selling the products. they have no right to sell if they cant service. I didnt expect such low standards from company like Eureka forbes.
Now, i want you to direct them to replace my product with a new one free of cost and resume my AMC contract for 4 more years. I want to talk to their service head regarding the same.

I think you have the appropriate powers to take a strong action against such poor service standards.
Today i received a call from their side and the person was telling me than every time i should call them to gert a service. If such is the standard then what is the meaning of a AMC contract.

Please consider my case at the earliest and order them to give me appropriate compensation.
