AMC of Eureka Forbes water purifier expired in March, many agencies approached for renewal on telephone stating they are authorized. But no one turned up. On 31st May 2011 matter was taken up Euro helpline phone no. 39883333, the request no was given as 84874979. No body turned up for quite some time. Reported thru Eureka Forbes website service request and received Request no as b1d4cf9d9166. No response received. Then reported to Customer care as per website guideline. Mr. Noel D’Souza from CRAIG ENTERPRISES, 5/6 BLOSSOMS, MAROL MILITARY ROAD, ANDHERI(E), Mumbai 400059, Ph. No. 66952896/9820119583 came on 15th June and collected cheque and issued receipt (copy attached) with confirmation to report for maintenance on 18th June 2011. Not reported. Tried to contact him on telephone, not getting thru. Then reported to Head of customer care thru website on 20th June. Till date no response from anybody.
