Eureka Forbes sales people are making false promises related to product warranty and free stuff that you get about the product. I have recently been cheated by Eureka Forbes employee, Dhananjay Sonawane, who made false promises to buy vaccuum cleaner on 1st January 2011 and get free bag and lifetime gurantee (not warranty) with it as a special offer. But nothing like that happened even after 6 months. I didn't get any free goodies nor the warranty. Seems like this company is indulged heavily into cheating people. I want that suitabl action should be taken against them so that people can avoid feeling being cheated. Getting service from this company is impossible after you buy the product. It is a group of Cheaters. Nothing will happen no matter how many times you contact/escalate the request.
