I am a regular customer of Eureka forbes & pay 1000 rs every year for maintenence but each time i call at ur call centre for service issue , i never get the same . Every time i have to call the local guy to solve the issue & pay him for the same.
Are you guys become cheat? do u think 1000 rs comes free ?
what is more shocking is that your customer service says we are helpless , we cannot provide any senior guys number ( you can check with Dhwaneet , I spoke to him today)which is highly shameful activity in service industry which lead to your fall in market share.
if i dont get call from a senior guy in 48 hrs i file case in consumer court & put the issue in all leading news paper.
