We purchased a water purifier for office and sogned an after sales contract with Craig Enterprises, Mr,. D'Souza. Oftenly he is not attending to our complaints against the water purifier. We really request you to look into the matter and provide us a good dealer's contact. For your ready reference we are attaching the Invoice and the Contract we signed with Craig Enterprises.
