Complaint Details
I have a Aquaguard Aquasure Aquaflow DX water purifier system. Since I shifted from Mumbai to Pune ,i needed installation of the system at Pune. I am also under AMC with Aquaguard. I made a request on 14 June 2011 (complaint no. 84962082) and till today (23 June 2011) the system is not installed. I made regular follow up calls on 17, 19, 21, 22 June, also spoke to supervisor, but to no help. Every time I call they promise to install but nobody turns up at my place. This is harrassment to me and my family, as I have a small kid who needs proper drinking water. I demand a strict action against them at the earliest and a resolution to my problem.
