I have taken two yr service maintanance warranty cotract from Eureka Forbes for my Nova Module Water Purifier on 19/04/2010. As per cotract they have to visit two periodical service and have to replace AC Block & candle after one year but I have clled him since April 2011 and lastly lodged complaint no 303 dt 15-06-2011, with service centre Patliputra from where Contract have been issued vide Contract Recipt No. 10 and serial No. 16885003 dated 19-04-2010, but still today after requesting them on daily basis over phone, they did not send any serviceman for the servicing and replacement of AC Block and Candle.
I am much agony for this type of negligence with serice Contract.
Please help me in this regards.
