I have eureka Forbes ST2000 water filter and is under contract. Today I got a message from mobile no 09664161616 that my filter has been serviced.
But the fact is this filter has not been serviced although my service is due. It had been promised by eureka Forbes, executive that whenever my services will be due it will be done without doing any complaint.
But this neeti enterprises has a person named Mr. Ramesh is such a scoundrel or lier, wrongly stated to eureka Forbes smile that my filter has been serviced. It is totally baseless and wrong.

This person always come before time whenever service contract is due and always making promised to be serviced on time. But it is never been done.
My annual service is due but till date it has not been done why?
Why they have take rupees for two long years. Is it not a fraud that I am not getting services but getting sms that about servicing of the filter?
