Dear Sir / Madam,
This has reference to AMC of my RO vide Contract Receipt No. 20324972 dt. 21st Dec’ 2010, effective for a period from 21st Dec’ 2010 to 20th Dec’ 2011. My RO wasn’t working properly, in this regard, complaint was lodged with your customer-care-desk vide Complaint No. 62193112 dt. 11th May’ 2011. Your executive visited and examined the RO. He found, problem is due to faulty-membrane-candle i.e. changed at the time of AMC-renewal. He assured the same to be replaced at the earliest along with pending other 2 candles, as well. After series of follow-up in this regard over one month, only membrane-candle was replaced around a week-back and re-assured, rest 2 pending-candles would be provided soon. But after replacement of membrane-candle, problem has worsen. Problem in RO is as below.
1. Flow of water into tank, has almost been blocked.
2. RO’s Pump is working with jerks. It might be damaged unless proper candles are provided soon.
3. Water is leaking from back-side of RO.
4. Two pending candles, which weren’t replaced at the time AMC-renewal, need to be replaced immediately.
I am shocked to know that, due to my regular follow-up and pressure of my long pending complaint, I am provided old-used-faulty-membrane candle. Usually membrane-candle’s life is one-year. But, within a period of 6 months of AMC, membrane-candle turns out to be faulty, due to used-faulty-membrane-candle was provided at the time of renewal and again at the time of replacement.
There is no result from your end, till-date, inspite of my several discussions with madam-in-charge of Laxmi Nagar Service Centre at her mobile no. i.e. +91-9968273893 and re-complaint in this regard vide complaint no. 6200611418 dt. 20/06/2011.
As a result of your poor service, I and my complete family are suffering for pure-drinking-water in this extreme hot summer-season for over one-month. Your poor service may cause serious health related problem to me and my family and It may damage to my RO as well. I am totally dis-satisfied with you. You are requested to cancel my AMC and return my AMC amount i.e. Rs. 3700/- without any deductions.
Keeping in view of the above facts, I hereby ask your explanation in this regard, why I shouldn’t initiate legal and other actions against you and compensate the loss caused to me, due to your poor service.
