I HAVE BOUGHT TWO EUREKA FORBES NOVA GOLD,ONE FOR MY SELF AND ONE FOR MY PARENTS.7-8 DAYS ONE OF THE SERVICE STAFF PERSON MR.HANIF CAME FOR REPLACING THE FILTERS BUT BY MISTAKE HE BROKEN THE CANDEL FRAM AND TOLD HE WILL REPLACE IT NEXT DAY,STILL NOTHING HAS HAPPENED EVEN CUTOMER CARE TEAM BAREILLY OFFICE IS ALSO NOT RESPONSING THE CALLS AND STAFF IS MISBEHAVING TO MY PARENTS,I HAVE NEVER EXPECTED SUCH SERVICE LEVEL FROM A COMPANY LIKE EUREKA FORBES.
