I have taken two years’ service contract from Neeti Enterprises MR Ramesh Chandra has done this contract in June 2010 But he is only keen to fetch money from me and not keen to provide service to me. Last year I also have made a complaint to you for not providing services and not changing candle but only then he has clean filter and candle but not changed my candle.
I was given a assurance from you that my filter will be serviced when it is due. But in the month of June 16th my services are due but nobody has come.
Instead of this making a mockery a SMS on my mobile said that my filter had been serviced.
Can you imagine How I felt when I saw this SMS. I felt cheated again by seeing this fraudulent, false, liar SMS.
It is seen that Neeti enterprises never interested in giving services. they are interested only fetching money from us. They send their man before lapse of service contract and take money.
My contract was going to lapse in June 2010 but He came in May 2010 and demanded money for the renewal of service contract.
In this way I gave money for drinking safe and pure water. How can i drink pure water when filater is not being serviced timely?

Kindly take stern action against Neeti Enterprises and Mr Ramesh who is one of the fraud and cheater.

I hope that my filter will be clean on 25/06/2011
