Complaint Details
1. I have taken AMC from Aquaguard and they are supposed to do free servicing every 6 months.
2. 2-3 weeks back I logged a complain for servicing of my aquaguard machine and was assured that a tech would visit my place within 24 hours.
3. Few days after a tech called me and i asked hi to come to my house during weekend.
4. I called again the tech during weekend, he said his son is ill and will come on 25th June.
5. When i called him on 24th June, he said he is on leave till 30th June and will not attend the complain.
6. The 24hr phone number give on Eureka forbes site does not work.
7.Pls help
