Complaint Details
I HAVE TAKEN AN AMC WITH EUREKA FORBES LTD,FOR 3 YEARS STARTING FROM 22.05.2009 TO 22.05.2012 FOR MY EUREKA FORBES AQUAGUARD WATERPURIFIER. AS PER AMC AGREEMENT,TWO PERIODICAL SERVICE VISITS PER YEAR IS AGREED, BUT SERVICE LAST ATTEMPTED WAS ON 08.07.2010. EVENTHOUGH WE HAVE REQUESTED MANY TIMES OVER PHONE, EUREKA FORBES LTD IS NOT DEPUTING THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS TO DO THE SERVICE FOR THE SAID MACHINE. DUE TO NON SERVICE THE WATER COMING FROM THE MACHINE IS CONTAMINATED AND IS CAUSING A LOT OF HEALTH PROBLEM TO MY FAMILY. HENCE REQUESTING YOU FOR REGISTERING A COMPLAINT ON THE SAME
