I have bought Eureka forbes Royale water purifier machine - I was getting good service thruout the year when i was in Hyderabad/Tirupathi and other cities of kerala.Last year i have moved to chottanikkara- cochin to my new flat and the tripunithura service centre does not respond when ever we call them for service/Periodic maintainence. Last week we have registered a complaint but till today nobody has responded. They are saying that i am having Royale machine which is old and outdated hence it is diffecult for them to service and repair,now they are asking me to exchange the machine with the new model.Is this Eureka forbes new strategy. When ever they want to reniew the AMC they follow up regularly but does not come for the periodic service or changing of 2 candles/2 Carbon in the span of 2 years. Every time we have to chase them to get it changed.This is creating mental strain for us to chase them even after taking AMC for 2 years. Plse findout a solution for this.(AMC contract receipt no 10/16840738 for the period 28th july 2009 to 27th july 2011
