I had purchased the above product one month back, from the day one, I found that the side rotary brush was broken and the Robocleanz stops intermittently even after fully charging it. After calling there service person, they didn't even responded and nobody came even for the inspection of the product. When after 2 weeks of repeated try there rep came they were arrogant and did nothing in this regard. They just gave a number to contact and left. which was dead or switched off. Today a rep came had had behaved very badly with my wife who was at home, as she was ill and unable to talk with them they just went back telling that they are not entitled to come frequently and as for the product we can "Throw it into the drain if we don't like it" Is this the way to treat a customer.
