I have buyed Eureka forbes water purifier AQuaguard Reviva RO, in Feb 2010. I relocated from ameerpet to Gachibowli, and before relocation i called euerkaforbes customare care dept to uninstall from my previous residence on sat 25 june,2011 but no one came neither no one call. I some how manage to Uninstall on my own.
On sunday 26 june 2011 i called again their customer care to register complaint to reinstall at my new address. I was given tentative time from Monday to tuesday for the resolution.
As i have 2.5 year old kid and i need water purifier on urgent basis, still the request was not entertained.
Again called on Monday, still no followup was made
Euerkaforbes after sale service is pathetic, though it should be good. But the hardwork and money they put into selling the products, after it being sold, they simply disappoint the customer. After rainsing so many times the request are not resolved.
