Re: Fist Servicing of Integra 7 – AMC paid in March 2011 and cheque cleared in April 2011 for Rs.4100 – Inordinate delay of 70 days in providing first service even after the MAC payment– Delay in replacing the parts as per AMC terms - Several reminders made to Mr Eashwaran of Vashi Branch and Mr.Sunil Sawant of Kopar Khairane Franchise but no response – False promise given by Mr. Easwaran of Vashi Branch whenever we called up to remind him of first service.

This is to inform you that we had bought the water purifier namely INTEGRA 7 from your company in the month of July 2008 for approximately Rs.25000 and continuously availing AMC till March 2010 and paid AMC for the period April 2011 to Mach 2012 for Rs.4100 through ICICI Bank cheque for 1 year AMC during the last week of March 2011 and as per our records your company has encashed the AMC amount of Rs.4100 on 7th April 2011.

As per the AMC contract terms with your company, your company is supposed to provide us 4 quarterly services and change the cartridge, membrane, filter, carbon etc during the first service and also replace the parts if any found defective.

To our surprise, even though the amount was paid in time and encashed by your company, your company has not started / provided the required services and also not replaced the parts till date. Whenever we called up Mr. Eashwaran, he repeatedly informing us that the parts are not available and awaiting to receive from Bangalore. Mr. Sawant is also giving thee same answer to our reminders.

Whenever we contact your service centre, your above named officials is giving false promise/commitment and as per their last commitment the service technician supposed to attend to my complaint and provide the service and replace the parts during last week of April 2011.

Please note that the amount has been paid in 28th March 2011 even after 70 days you have failed to provide the contracted services to your customers. This clearly shows that your company has failed from its promise to its customers and cheating the customers, giving false promise and very poor and deficiency in service.

This prolonged deficiency in service by your company is causing monetary loss as well as mental agony.

Till today my compliant to your company is unattended. We are laughing at your service motto which says that the customer satisfaction is ultimate goal to your organization.

Please note that the person like me have paid huge amount of Rs.25000 plus 4100 under the impression that your company will provide good service to water purifier without any defects.
Now we have no other option but to inform you the irregularities and unfriendly customer behavior of your employees. I hope you will take appropriate action against your employees who is causing irreparable damages to you and your company.

We are totally disappointed with your false promise and deficiency in service and therefore we need full refund of our money paid for the water purifier of Rs. 25,000 and AMC of Rs.4100 paid by us. Further we would also to initiate legal remedy at your cost and my convenience due to mental agony and strain caused to us in this regard and are forced by you to claim damages for Rs.10 lakhs due to mental harassment and agony caused due to your poor and deficiency service.
