I am a Customer of Eureka Forbes. I own a Water Purifier Named "Aquaguard NEO". Customer ID 1008111637. The sales Executive, who influenced me to buy the product he is a cheat. He gave me many wrong information about the Product Price, Pay Structure, Monthly Installment EMI and Post Dated cheque and its Pre-Closing amount. His name is "Samir Kar", Code Number 9005000. So now I have to pay about 12-15% more than the MRP. Now he is not receiving my phone call and his behavior is also very bad after the product sale. Eureka Forbes have to take the liability of this type of Customer Harassment.
