Hi,
I have a Eurekefobes filter and have issues of water leaking in the filter. I have raised a complaint twice, and the technician visited my house after 5 days of raising the complaint and informed us that a part is broken. Since then there has been no response from the company and also when I called the call center, they were not able to even trace to call!
