Complaint Details
We bought an aqua Guard Water Purifier before 10 months, Initially when the system was bought they told that there will be three free service
but there was no service at all, when we called the customer care they told us to clean it by ourself by just droping 2 lemon drops.

Now for the past two months the system is not working at all, the service person came and attended the call and
he fixed an external filter and charged RS 500 (this is under warranty) then again the system started to leak.

We called the customer care and launched a complaint with the No 9841057785 but when the service engineer came he reported
that there is a problem with the system and he will rectify it next day but he have not turned back.

Again we made a call and another service person came and reported that it is motor fault and motor needs to be replaced.
we are trying to reach the service center daily but nobody is picking up the call.

We have spent RS 9999, for the system and now we are buying can water for drinking purpose. this causes several
health issues for our family members.

WE are spending our time and calling the customer care / the service center but nobody is responding the call even if they pickup
they say that the call will be attended shortly but they are not turning back this gives a lot of pressure for us and it is a real harresment

WE plea that appropriate actions needs to be taken on aquaguard and we need a Replacement/solution for the repaired water purifier.
