Its been more than 15 days and 25 calls to eureka forbes call center and service center, but our complaint is not getting resolved. We registered complaint twice at the call center, once on website and talked with ombudsman and service center proprieter multiple times but no resolution is provided. The mechanic which came to our home says that i dont know anything about vaccum cleaner and i will send another mechanic. The second mechanic comes after 4 days and says I am going to my village and will repair your machine after coming back . Still after 5 days there is no resolution. We are really harassed and will never deal with eureka forbes going forward.
