Complaint Details
The service engineer from the authorised dealer of Eureka Forbes(with this dealer I have signed a 3 years AMC) had removed the top portion of the water purifier installed in my flat. This happened in February 2011 and the service engineer had promised me to replace the same within 2 days' time. Till today the part has not been replaced. I had been following with the dealer as well as Eureka Forbes' customer service without any result. I had escalted the matter to the head of customer service at Eureka Forbes without any response. I request an immediate resolution (i.e. replacement of withdrawn part of my water purifier) immediately.
