Dear Sir/Madam,
We are residing in Olayur Road,K.K.Nagar,Trichy,Tamilnadu.We recently shifted from Nagapattinam to the above mentioned address.We purchased Aquaguard (RO)water purifier 4years before and we had Annual maintenance contract till last year.But when we shifted here we would like to make AMC with local service team in Trichy.And recently the Purifier stopped working and we made a online request for service one week after making complaint somebody called from the service team and committed that with in 24 hours somebody will come and attend the problem,but its 3 days nobody has come and attended.Pl do needful.
