Hi, Installation date of my Aquaguard Compact is 23/02/2011. Customer ID no. 1008027783.
This product was sold to us at our home on 21/02/2011 by Satish Pandey (Group Customer Sales Specialist) mobile no. 9870461781. and Gautam mob 9930118907 from Eureka Forbes Ltd, Blue Rose Industrial Estate, Unit No. 221&222, 2nd Flr, Western Exp Highway, Nr. Jaya Petrol, Borivali (E). Mum-400066. Promised us 1 Cartridge +Carbon free within a year.
For the first service nobody turned up even after calling them 5 times. Complaint 62527433, after emailing the complaint i got the servicing finally.
25/06/2011 Swanil Tiwari mob 9699185820 came for the inspection asked to call 02228700141 for the replacement of the carbon and cartridges.
On the other line saraswati arranged a call back from Reshma the service center head of ureka forbes tel 02228861321, She said there is no replacement for the cartridge and the salesman has cheated you with fales promises.
I want you to take a serious action on this case and revert to me on my email and cell phone with a resolution at my desk. Kindly replace the cartridge as promised by ur sales guys and also they have made a false bill under the name of Pramod pandey code no. 9016189 with rs. 300 for the installation, I feel cheated. Kindly revert with a resolution and take strict action against false practices.
