Complaint Details
I have purchased a Eureka forbes Air Purifier on 18th dec 2010. Even after multiple followups with the sales person I never got the invoice. I then logged a complaint to their call center, complaint number: 84830616 on 21st May 2011. Till date there is no resolution of this issue. The company is completely irresponsible on this aspect.
