Complaint Details
This is complaint about Eureka Forbes water purifier – Model AG Robot.
I would have called Eureka customer care dept ( 39883333) atleast 25 times Since may’10.
I have 9 complaints since Mar’11
I have 8-10 break dons since last year. This is happened after they had changed the filters last year.
The problem is with the filters after they had replaced last year. I had immediate bread downs they had replaced the filters. I doubt all the problem I had is due to the poor quality of filters. I even doubt, weather the agency replaced a new filter or cheated with old filter(defective)
I also called service head Sathish & Siva kuma and explained my problem, but all in vain. They least bothered about my problem
I’m trying to reach both of them, but they don’t pick the call at all. I understand they are service head for Chennai. If their service head himself non responsive, then how can I expect prompt response from their agency or a technician.
I want my filter to be replace free of cost. Please help
