I had first contacted Eureka Forbes for a service request in February. But till date have not received any assistance from them. I have made numerous calls to their customer care and got false assurance only. I would like this matter to be taken seriously as Eureka Forbes is a company whose existence is only through media (e-mail and phone) and they do not have any legitimate shops/dealers where we can go and ask for help.
