I am having an RO plant reviva of eureka forbes installed at my residence.I am having an AMC of the product from last 2 yrs and paying rs 3800/- per yr.Now my RO plant is not working since 2/7/11, I have made various complaints to their service centre as well as to mr Deepak( service executive) but it is not attended ti 1900 hrs on 4/7/11. When the AMC premium is due the sale executives of the company keep on bothering us and request for renewal of AMC ,but when it comes to providing services their responce is pathetic, these chaps dont even bother to respond to the calls. I req that necessary action be taken against the company for braking of AMC contract, and I should be given an adequate compensation for the difficulties that I have faced due to lack of potable water from last 48 hrs in-spite of having a RO plant and that to with a valid AMC
