Complaint Details
I purchased an aforesaid machine from Eureka Forbes Ltd. on 03.03.2010 with Receipt 511 No.:034229 fora sum of Rs13500.00 & installed at my aforesaid Flat on 10.07.2010 after getting my new Flat ready for living. After one year completion of its installation I made an AMC on 29.05.2011 through Contract Receipt No.:45 20373159 for a sum of Rs 4025.00.
But I feel cheated by the supplier of the product and do not also get the desired after sales service though an AMC was signed.
I feel the company will return the money both of purchase amount as well as AMC amount.
