HI,
i buy Aquaguard Total Reviva in 27th July 2010.When i buy the aqua gurad this sales guy who fit this machine to my home not give me filter extra bowl and asking for 1000 rs for the same, so i refuse to pay that,but later on i know through company people this filter extra bowl free with machine.
now i am approaching this company they are not listening my complain i ask them to come for change my filter as par they say this is cover in warranty period,but they not revert me back when ever we talk them they are asking 4000 rs/-extra for same.
I really need help in this issue first a fall they not give me complete product as they take full money,and they not inform us about they have such a poor service.
Kindly help me.
