on 02/07/2010 my eureka water purifier stopped workin i called the service centre after 3 or 4 call on 04/07/2011 2 person visited my residence they committed to rectify on 05/07/2011 on 06/07/2011 when again i rang they told they will rectify today my product is under warranty ,from it is evident that Eureka Forbes Bhopal service centre is not ready to provide service in time and also habitual of giving false committments . Due to such service the company is also reckless beause of such service agents
