made a purchase a purchase on Euroclean ACE. The product was delivered on 01/06/2011. I was handled by Mr. K.Mahendran, Team Leader and informed i'll recieve the bills within 15 days. It is about 1 month and 7 days. Still i haven't recieved my bill for the product. A small voucher no. 048325 was given by Mr. Mahendran on the day of cheque payment (29/05/2011). I have called Mr. Mahendran several times, where there is no response. I called two times at customer care and i recieved 2 reference numbers 84884942 and 85066434 ( Customer Executive - Alfred) with lot of false promises, still yet to recieve my bill. The last refernce number 85094653 has provided local Manager Kannan and Asst Manager numbers 9361877701 & 9361877710 where there is no response. I would like to take it as a request and deliver my bill at the earliest. My product demo has not been delivered properly. I request if you could provide a demo on the product. Please consider the customer requirement at the earliest. Awaiting for a Positive Reply.
