i bought aquaguard total reviva wp system on 10.06.2010 but encountered problem of filterd water stoppage and later on water taste was hard and slight salty. inspite of repeated comlaints service technicians did not atttend several times, but repeated comliants made they use to come and just wash the filters after opening and say its ok now.however same problems recur but no satisfactory solutin by them. i lodged complaint on 28.04.2011 and 14.05.2011 as they did not turn up for earlier complaint no.62026705,present comlaint no.6226094. they ultimately appeared on 10.06.2011 as extension of warranty was due on this date and replaced the filters.but i refused to renew the extended warranty as i was dissatisfied even then regarding the quality of water. now the authorised eureka forbes service provider M/s. GITA SERVICES,2/2,JODHPUR GARDENS, KOLKATA-700045 PH.NO.03340634317/8017398263 DEMANDED TO PAY FULL WARRATY EXTENSION AMOUNT AS THEY REPLACED FILTERS OR ELSE THEY WOULD TAKE OUT THE FILTERS FROM THE MACHINE FORCIBLY. AS I LODGED COMLIANT ON28.04.2011 AND 14.05.2011 IT COMES UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD OF FIRST YEAR. HOW CAN THEY TAE BACK THE FILTERS.PLEASE DO ME JUSTICE AS I PAID 11700 RUPEES WHILE I BOUGHT AND FACED PROBLEMS THROUGH OUUT THE YEAR EVIDENT FROM MY COMLIANTS.MY customer id is1007130867
