Complaint Details
I have entered into a Service contract for 2 years maintenance of my water purifier (Gold Nova) vide contract no.18660078/receipt no. 10 for Rs. 2525/- on 13/1/11.
As per the contract the Eureka Forbes has to provide two periodical service visits during a year, but no one has visited since the contract date. Moreover I have requested for service by calling on the number 040-39883333 a couple of times and always the response was that the service person will visit within 24 hrs. and this never happened. I feel that Eureka Forbes is using this service contract merely for earning income and not abiding by the contract terms.
The same concern was highlighted in many of my neighborhood households. Kindly take up the issue.
